“I have known Lori Levin for many years and am familiar with her work, having referred cases to her. Lori is the absolute "go to" lawyer for DCFS investigations & administrative hearings. I know what it is like to go up against slow-moving, bureaucratic state agencies that issue arbitrary and damaging findings of fact or conduct unfair investigations. Attorneys who do that kind of work need two things: an aggressive nature (not willing to sit back and let the case happen according to the agency's timetable) and a deep understanding of the nuances in the administrative code and regulations that the agency must follow. Without both, you'll be overwhelmed and your clients will suffer. Lori has the perfect combination of these qualities - she knows the rules backwards and forwards and will use everything at her disposal to fight for her clients.
