After graduating from Fordham University Law School in 1984, I worked for six years at both a general liability insurance and medical malpractice defense firm. I learned a great deal about the insurance industry and gained irreplaceable experience in the courtroom. Working with insurers also gave me a behind-the-scenes perspective of how large companies and corporations work within the justice system to achieve the results they desire.. My initial experience inspired me to join Robert (Bob) D. Frankfort and his general practice law firm in 1992. Working for both individual and business clients on a wide variety of cases was truly the right fit for me. And, in 1993, Bob and I partnered and formed Frankfort & Koltun with our office located in Deer Park, NY. Today, we serve Long Island, New York City’s five boroughs, and greater New York State in the following practice areas:.
