He has drafted legislation in the area of litigation that has been enacted into law by the Maryland General Assembly.. John has lectured at the request of MAJ and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, and is a member of that group's Birth Trauma Litigation Group..
