Previous to opening her own firm, Ms. Casey worked for two mid-size Maryland law firms. She also served as a U.S. Air Force (USAF) intelligence officer and later a military employment attorney.. While in the military, Casey served as the Chief of Civil Litigation at Oklahoma’s Tinker Air Force Base, a military base with over 26,000 military and civilian employees. She represented the USAF as general counsel in Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) cases and oversaw employment investigations.. Ms. Casey graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in the top 2% of her class. She interned for Chief Judge Joseph Getty of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Ms. Casey also served as staff editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review, was co-president of the National Trial Competition Team, and taught civil procedures while a teaching assistant.
