Hello, my name is James Curtis and I am a private attorney practicing family law out of Fayetteville Arkansas. Some of the best advice I have received from another attorney is to never see a client's file as just another case. It is their life, and as their attorney you are there to solve the problem that the client brought to you. These words have stuck with me and lead me to choose family law as my practice area. An individual's family is such a crucialpart of his or her world, and issues like custody and domestic violence can have a life-long impact on people's lives. Practicing in this area allows me to make positive changes for clients that will improve the quality of life for themselves and their children, and I find that extremely exciting.
