Since, Eric Bayat has started his own firm 5 years ago. Handling cases from traffic tickets, DUI's, Drugs Cases, Trafficking, violent crimes, Sexual Assault cases, Murder, to expungment of those cases. Additionally, handling white collar cases from embezzlement, to medicaid fraud.. Eric also practices civil law primarily handling Personal Injury cases; from Car accident to wrongful deaths. And Family Law cases, from paternity actions, divorces, and custody cases.. Eric is not an advocate of advertising his firm. His clients are almost only referred through word of mouth. He is particular about his cases and his clients. He believes his clients should hire him because they want him, and not just a lawyer. He is a very oriented on getting results.
