He imparts his wisdom as an adjunct professor of law at Washington and Lee University Law School, where he teaches a class on corporation finance.. Nick’s many media accolades include being named a Legal Elite in Virginia Business magazine, and making the lists of Best Lawyers in America and Virginia Super Lawyers magazine. He’s also been recognized by The Roanoker magazine as one of the top business attorneys in the Roanoke Valley.. Nick is an active member of the community, serving on the boards of directors of The Virginia Economic Bridge, United Way of Roanoke Valley, the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council and Roanoke Symphony Orchestra.. He received both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the College of William & Mary.
