I began my legal career working alongside a judge in a state trial court, and then moved up to federal appellate court (1 level below the U.S. Supreme Court). I have been practicing law for over sixteen years in Colorado.  My practice began with two exceptional firms in Colorado that provided me with signifcant training and experience in the areas of corporate law, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and representing emerging growth companies (start-ups).  After seven years of law firm experience, I decided to join one of my clients in house as General Counsel.  My first General Counsel experience was with a media and technology company that licensed content from motion picture studios, independent producers, and sports organizations and then licensed that content to customers for adverstising or other commercial purposes.
