I grew up in a military family and, like most, was stationed at various bases throughout the country and overseas before finally settling in Arizona. I stayed close to home and attended the University of Arizona for my undergraduate studies, before venturing out to California for law school, where I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003.
