Constance G. Clark was born in San Diego, California, on May 7, 1955. She attended Vanderbilt University from 1972 to 1974 and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1976, where she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1979. While in law school, she served as an associate editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Corey McGaha grew up in Holland, Arkansas, a small community in Faulkner County. He graduated from Greenbrier High School and then earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University in 1999.
