I am a trial lawyer in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  Before moving to private practice,  I spent over 5 years as a Washington County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney prosecuting felonies, misdemeanors, and conducting civil asset forfeitures.  During that time, I conducted numerous jury trials in cases ranging from murder and robbery, to sex assault and other crimes.. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, graduating magna cum laude.  I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2007.. Appeals and Post-Conviction Relief both in Federal and State Courts:. Mark does not actively pursue these matters. However, his office is affiliated with one of the finest appellant attorneys in the state, Professor J. T.
