Sotera Anderson
Firm: CA Lemon Law Attorney - Law Offices of Sotera L. Anderson
16870 West Bernardo Drive, Ste 400 , San Diego , California 92127
Practice Areas: General Practice, Lemon Law, Lemon Law
The LAW OFFICES OF SOTERA L. ANDERSON is dedicated exclusively to serving the lemon law needs of California residents.. Our goal is two-fold: to obtain the best outcome for you as quick as possible and to provide a stellar customer experience. We understand that in today’s society, especially in California, you need reliable transportation to live – to get to work, to take care of children and elderly parents, to run to the grocery store. This is why we strive to resolve cases as quickly as possible to lessen the disruption in your life.. Before protecting consumers, our founding and principal attorney, Sotera L. Anderson, gained valuable experience representing manufacturers and dealers. This is your advantage. She knows in the ins and outs of the California Lemon Law. She knows what manufacturers look for when evaluating cases. She’s tried cases for manufacturers. She has a good rapport with manufacturers, dealers and their counsel. They know from experience that she means business and has the skills, knowledge, experience, and personal conviction to bring justice for her clients, even if that means taking the case to trial.. Ms. Anderson left the world of big law firm life representing manufacturers because at the end of the day, instead of feeling like she was doing good in the world and changing the lives of everyday people in a positive way, she felt empty and unfulfilled. For many years, she witnessed consumers, like you, being taken advantage of…by their own lawyers (some who have never even spent any meanginful time in a courtroom) for their own monetary gain, leaving the consumer in their lemon for far more time than is necessary or warranted. She vowed to be the true voice of consumers. She is committed to spending the rest of her career changing the lives of consumers who are suffering with their lemons in a positive way.. When you come to us, rest assured that you will not be pawned off on an assistant, a paralegal or lowly associate with little experience. Ms. Anderson will personally handle your lemon law needs.. Let us help you.

Firm: Levine Law Group, LLP
5801 Christie Ave. , Emeryville , California 94608
Practice Areas: Divorce & Separation
I was raised in a small rural town in Northern California, spending my summers sailing, hiking, and teaching swim lessons to children.. From a young age, I was interested in the study of law. As a minor child, I was a witness in my parent’s divorce proceeding. I understand the toll divorce takes on children, particularly the feeling of not having a voice in custody / visitation decisions. In dissolution actions, advocating for the best interests of the children is a primary concern. At University of San Francisco, I worked as a child advocate for the San Francisco Superior Court through the Child Advocacy Clinic.. I served as a law clerk at Justice Now and Bay Area Legal Aid. At Justice Now, I provided post-appellate legal services to women at Central California Women’s Facility and Valley State Prison for Women. This experience piqued my interest in prisoners’ rights and I collaboratively published a law review article “Prisons as a Tool of Reproductive Oppression” in the Stanford Law Review.. The following year, I obtained an internship with a private family law firm and volunteered for the JusticeBus program, where I travelled to rural areas to provide pro bono legal services to self-represented family law litigants.. Upon graduation, I have dedicated my practice of law to family law. I obtained employment with a small family law firm in San Francisco, California that specialized in the representation of people with complex mental health issues and high assets.. Since coming to Levine Law Group, I have become particularly involved in the LGBT aspect of the practice, assisting heavily with Donor/Assisted Reproduction Agreements, Second Parent Adoptions, Cohabitation Agreements, Marvin actions, Pre/Post-Nuptial and Transmutation Agreements.. In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, hiking, musical sing-a-longs, and traveling.
