Mr. Sisson was born in East Patchogue, New York in 1976. Mr. Sisson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. While at West Point, Mr. Sisson played Division I college ice hockey. In 1999, Mr. Sisson graduated from West Point with a B.S. in Systems Engineering and a minor in English.. Upon graduation, Mr. Sisson received his commission into the United States Army as a Finance Officer. Mr. Sisson attended the Finance Officer Basic Course at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
