Annie Surbaugh grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Annie obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law..
