Location: Oklahoma Im going to explain this without revealing details but it’s very disturbing and involves minors and s*xual cohersion and explicit content exposure. If a trigger warning is necessary here it is. My husband and I just discovered 3 days ago that my sister in law has been consistently and explicitly teaching s*xual acts (like oral), showing her personal explicit videos and photos with men, photos of s*x toys, instructions of how to use them, and encouragement “because it’s healthy and feels good,” to minors in her care. My daughter has never been allowed alone with her and that’s been made clear as day to everyone involved, based on my own intuition but no substantial evidence at the time. My FIL allowed her to be without adult supervision at her home. This led to children being encouraged to try these activities even though they did not truly understand the concept. My SIL was made aware of these child on child s*xual acts by one of the children involved and threatened the children not to tell anyone and specifically me and my husband. My daughter has been extremely protected at all costs including no access to internet browser or unmonitored activity on any device. No sleepover unless it’s at our house and they sleep in the living room etc etc. I am very hyper vigilant about these things, because my innocence was also taken young by affected children. Okay, so I am out on $100,000 bond for trafficking methamphetamines, and I am absolutely not guilty. I was a passenger in someone’s car who was the person that owned the drugs, and that person said at the scene that a portion of the drugs were mine. They were not. I never did, and never intended to, exert any amount of control over the drugs. This was 10 months ago. We were let go, because he agreed to “cooperate” with law enforcement. I said at that time that I wanted a lawyer. Less than 2 months later, that person was dead (I still don’t know how) and I learned right after he died that he did go thru with working for the police, assisting them in setting up whoever he bought the drugs from. I thought that was that, since I truly had nothing to do with the drugs. So 8 months later, there is a felony warrant for my arrest for trafficking drugs. My dad scraped everything he could together to get me out, and had me out in 10 days. He’s tapped out. My question is, if you were to assume I’m not lying (I have proof of most of this) is there ANY help to pay for a criminal defense attorney out there? Location: Oklahoma.

I (19F), my bf (18M), my roommate (19F), my little sister (14F), two of her friends (14F), and my little brother (16M), got jumped at the fair about a year ago. My boyfriend and I were pretty injured afterwards so we decided to press charges. The individuals who did it were 3 adults and 2 minors, and we had no relationship to them prior to the event. They hopped out of a car drive by style while we were walking through the neighborhood trying to find our car following a road rage incident and everyone just started fighting while the driver drove off. One of the minor females ended up turning herself and the main perpetrator, who is an adult male, in. My attorney said she did it because they broke up, and they broke up because he laid his hands on her. She turned herself in 2 days after having a warrant. It took a month to get the guy after his warrant was issued, but then when they got him, they issued his court date and he didn't show up. He was arrested again for that failure and went to court following a jail stay, but he pled not guilty. My attorney said the case is no longer open and shut, and everyone expected him to plead guilty. We will have to testify because of his plea, and win over the jury.
