Every client I have the privilege of representing has a unique case with a specific set of circumstances. I approach our work together by taking immediate charge of the case in a results-driven way with consistency, dependability and a focused, proven strategy. I handle myself well with others, especially during adverse and contentious circumstances – a skill set not everyone possesses. The valuable lessons I learned during my professional baseball career are parlayed into the professional arena of my law practice. I know innately what it takes to win. I work the case harder and am always prepared. I am responsible, reasonable and care for my clients’ welfare. Most importantly, my clients need to make their decisions with the understanding that I have listened to their concerns, put my interests aside, and that I really want them to make the best decision for themselves.. Rick Lundblade, was born and educated in California, is recognized for commanding courtroom triumphs, tireless commitment to representing people who are injured and unwavering dedication to his lifetime passion, the business of professional sports. Rick graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 1996 in the top 20% of his class, but his career work ethic, “drive to be the best” and unrelenting pursuit of victory were values honed much earlier from hard-earned successes he experienced as a star athlete.. 1988 Triple-A Maine Phillies. Rick Lundblade was a member of the Maine Phillies, the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. Position: Catcher.. Lundblade proudly attended Stanford University on a full scholarship and graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. While at Stanford, Rick earned the prestigious Pacific-10 Conference Most Valuable Player award, the Triple Crown and received All-American honors. After being drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies, he became a professional baseball player and played minor league baseball for the Phillies, New York Mets and Baltimore Orioles organizations (Triple-A). A two-time Hall of Famer, Rick Lundblade practices injury and abuse law with a single-minded desire and complete commitment to accomplish success for his clients. Being entrusted with the challenges is a responsibility Rick always take seriously.. Licensed in both Oregon and California, Rick Lundblade started his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon. Rick began his first private practice position in 1997 as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and their insureds. Even though his practice was very successful, Rick felt a strong desire to advocate for people injured due to the neglect of others and whose lives had been suddenly and dramatically changed. Rick proudly became a plaintiff’s attorney in 2001 and a full partner of Black, Chapman, Webber, Stevens, Peterson & Lundblade. Rick formed Lundblade Injury Law to continue fighting for the rights of those he is proud to represent, serve and protect.. 2010 Stanford Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. I believe in dedicated, client-driven advocacy. I have aggressively represented well over 1000 clients in Jackson and Josephine Counties since 2009. A career as a trial attorney is exciting and rewarding. Fighting for my clients against any odds and creatively defending cases against the power of the state is my highest priority.. I have tried dozens of cases to a jury, including more than 20 Driving Under the Influence trials. I have argued hundreds of motions and sentencings, appeared thousands of time in Court, handled hundreds of felonies and Measure 11 cases, and negotiated excellent resolutions or dismissals for the great majority of my clients.. In addition to my commitment to my clients and my practice I am a lifelong Oregonian, a passionate gardener and cook, an avid hiker, and a voracious reader.. Practice Areas: Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect
I like to help people. That is why I spend my time helping people who have been hurt by someone else. I can help with problems when a nursing home hurt you or a loved one, a car crash, a brain injury, even after a wrongful death. I also help survivors of sexual abuse and other traumatic injuries.. A bit about my academic background:. I graduated from Willamette University College of Law magna cum laude. I received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Graduate Award and the Bruce Spaulding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy. During law school, I served as Editor-in-Chief of Willamette Law Online, Executive Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution, was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society, a volunteer for the Willamette University Public Interest Law Project, and served in various positions in other extra-curricular groups. My interest in serving people and justice led me to work with injured people trying to get their lives back on track and families seeking justice after the wrongful death of a loved one. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Jackson County Bar Association. I am also a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Melvin Belli Society. During law school, I worked one-on-one with struggling students to help teach them legal writing and research methods. I worked on plaintiff-side issues in worker’s compensation and social security disability by helping research, develop, and edit briefs for filing in an administrative forum, in the U.S. Federal District Court, and in the Oregon Court of Appeals. I worked as a legal intern in the International Human Rights Clinic on a report on Oregon’s infrastructure response to human trafficking published in June 2010. I worked with a team for End Child Prostitution and Trafficking (ECPAT) in New York to analyze the laws regarding child prostitution in all 50 states. I also helped prepare draft rules and commentary for the Committee to Review the Oregon Judicial Code. In addition to my law degree, I also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). While studying for my MBA, I was named a Willamette MBA Scholar, received the Exceptional Performance Award for Integrated Knowledge Evaluation Week, and won the Fitzhenry Joint Degree Scholar Award.. I regularly attend continuing education conferences at the state and national levels. High-quality ongoing education helps me stay on top of the best practices and research on injury cases and trial work. I also read the best books on these topics. From a young age, I have been involved in community service. From volunteering with programs to serve the homeless, to working with young children at my church, I have always enjoyed helping others. The same passion and drive that sent me to Mexico to build houses for homeless families led me to law school. I have continued volunteering for community groups and am involved in many activities, including organizing and speaking at events raising awareness about human trafficking in Oregon.

I have nearly 20 years of trial experience in Oregon. In that time I have defended at least 6500 criminal cases, many of those were Measure 11 and Murder cases. Family law, bankruptcy and personal injury law are the other areas where I focus: stopping the harassment by creditors, fighting for custody or parental rights (focusing on the best interests of the children), and negotiating fair compensation for injuries sustained at the fault of someone else.. I am dedicated and focused on my client's needs. Together with my amazing team comprised of a paralegal, a legal assistant, and a law clerk, I zealously defend client rights. Pretrial motion work is an area in which I focus - oftentimes these pretrial motions resolve an entire case - if not, negotiating deals or battling it out at trial are areas in which I excel. I will always be real - you get the honest truth from me about your case and the legal options available to resolve it.. Zealous, vigilant, and honorable advocacy you can truly count on.

REVIEW: "Ms. Vincent was knowledgeable and professional and most certainly worth the investment. She helped us clearly plan a strategy to best move forward from our difficult situation." Darcy.. Avvo requests that I use this section to write personal information about myself that cannot be found in my education and experience section. I will try to hit some highlights of my life before and after becoming a lawyer. My father was a Major General in the Marine Corps, a highly decorated fighter pilot. Sadly he passed away in April, 2015. My mother is a talented artist, golfer, cook, and seamstress. I have two brothers, one an airline Captain based in Boulder City, NV, and the other one is a self-employed Electrician. I was married almost 27 years to a landscape contractor and we operated a landscape construction business together from 1978 to 1991 in California and Oregon. We divorced in 2005. I also operated a Quarter Horse breeding farm in the Colestin area, just south of Mt. Ashland for 10 years with 23 mares and a syndicated stallion named Johnny O'MacQue. Upon the death of the stallion, I went back to college and finished my undergraduate degree in 1991 and then attended University of Oregon School of Law graduating in 1996. I have lived in Medford, Oregon since 1992, and commuted from Medford to Eugene twice a week to attend my last two years of law school. I am a zealous animal lover and have a Maine Coon Cat that adopted me while I was attending a function at the Rogue Valley Country Club in 2011. In 2012, I purchased the most handsome and gorgeous AKC Belgian Tervuren dog and trained him in agility. He's at the top level now and headed towards his MACH, Masters of Agility Champion. I trained and showed him to his AKC obedience title CDX also. In 2014 I purchased another handsome devil, a AKC Belgian Sheepdog who is now trained in agility and will begin his show career this year (2016). I love to care for the landscape at my home and even mow my own lawns. I have many wonderful friends in the Southern Oregon area and Southern California as well (where I lived in my youth). I am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). I have a positive attitude and always look for the good in people I meet. I feel very compassionate towards others with health problems, disabilities, the homeless, veterans, and people suffering from loss. Thank you for reading this if you read to the end.

Injuries can change your life permanently or temporarily. When people drive drunk, or are careless and they injure another person, something should be done. Insurance companies are supposed to help, but they are not interested in helping the injured person. Insurance companies know how to fight and know how to take advantage of innocent victims of car accidents.. I want to even the playing field. I want to help those who are the innocent injured victims of drunk drivers or careless drivers. I have been beating the insurance companies for 20 years. This has been my specialty for 20 years. I know how to win. Call me for free to talk about your case.. David was appointed as a Pro Tem Judge by the Oregon Supreme Court over 10 years ago.
