Amy attended Susquehanna University where she graduated cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology.  In 2007 she received a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  Attorney Loper then moved to York County where she has resided ever since and has become familiar with both the York and Adams county legal communities.. Amy is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association..
