Treasurer of State

(a) The bond for the Treasurer of State shall be one million dollars ($1,000,000). (b) The original of the bond required by this section to be filed by the Treasurer of State shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, and a copy shall be filed with the Auditor of State.
