Cloverbottom Mansion

(a) The commissioner of environment and conservation is authorized to contract with the Cloverbottom Association, subject to the approval of the state building commission, for its assistance in the renovation, repair, maintenance, operation and preservation of the Cloverbottom Mansion located in Davidson County. (b) This section shall not be construed to be an appropriation of funds and no funds shall be obligated or expended pursuant to this section unless such funds are specifically appropriated by the general appropriations act and approved by the commissioner of finance and administration. Acts 1988, ch. 849, §§ 1, 2.
