§ 108. Application forms

Official statutory text

(a) The Commissioner shall prepare and furnish all forms for applications, crash reports, conviction reports, a pamphlet containing the full text of the motor vehicle laws of the State, and all other forms needed in the proper conduct of the Commissioner's office. The Commissioner shall furnish an adequate supply of registration forms, license applications, and motor vehicle laws each year to each town clerk, and to other persons upon request.

(b) As used in this section, “conviction” has the same meaning as in subdivision 4(60) of this title.
