Brett’s practice is focused on Personal Injury, Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Probate matters. Brett is an active member of Locust Fork Baptist Church, and the Blount County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Birmingham Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). Brett and his wife, Danya, live in Locust Fork and have three children, Ella, Zeth, and Asa.
