D. J. resolves commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes and conflicts arising out of the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real property. He also aids in corporate structuring, helping clients avoid or minimize litigation risk while setting up LLCs, partnerships, or small, closely-held corporations, and assists clients in resolving tax controversies on both state and federal levels.. D. J. recognizes that obtaining a judgment is only half the battle, so he has developed a talent for collecting on the judgments he wins for his clients. He has successfully asserted fraudulent transfer claims against judgment debtors hoping to hide assets and has an extensive toolbox to make his clients whole after prevailing at trial.
