I have more than twenty years experience in a wide range of litigation matters before the federal, state and appellate courts, as well as the administrative tribunals, of Massachusetts.  I served as the primary litigator for a chapter 7 trustee and also represented debtors and creditors before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and the District of Rhode Island in chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. My litigation experience has also encompassed the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation and probate cases. My successes include moving highly contested plaintiff cases into mediation with six figure settlement results and arguing successfully before appellate courts and administrative forums.  I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Stonehill College in 1996, where I graduated magna cum laude, and Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1999, where I graduated cum laude. I am admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New Hampshire and the State of Rhode Island and the respective Divisions of the United States District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Appeals Panel.
