After graduation from Mississippi State, Mr. Scott spent two years working in the cotton fields of West Tennessee before enrolling in the University of Memphis Cecil C. While in school, he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Property I, Evidence, Secured Transactions, Civil Procedure III, and Elder Law.. Mr. Scott also served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and a student member of Leo Bearman Sr. Inns of Court, while at the University of Memphis. He was awarded both the Jerome Rosengarten Memorial Scholarship and the Sam Mayar Memorial Scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements.. Mr. Scott is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court, all Tennessee trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  He has also been admitted pro hac vice various other states.. I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on February 25, 1968. He received his Diploma in 1986 from Montgomery Bell Academy, his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1990 from Rhodes College, and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1993 from Memphis University. While attending Memphis University, he served on the Memphis University Law Review and Moot Court Board. I was admitted to the Tennessee bar in October of 1993. I have been lead or junior counsel as plaintiff’s attorney in over 20 medical malpractice trials.. A special area of focus at our firm is helping clients who have suffered due to medical malpractice. After completing his undergraduate studies, Clint attended Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. While in law school, he served as a Board Member for LMU’s Moot Court competition team, where he competed in competitions throughout the country. He earned CALI Awards for the top grade in various classes, including Torts, Business Organizations, and Topics in Environmental Law. Clint graduated magna cum laude in the top 5% of his class..
