In the early 90's, I UN-lucked into a claims adjuster job right out of college. I enjoyed it at first, and then began to feel guilty because of all the people I was forced to take advantage of. I learned from defense lawyers how to take recorded statements and "get the goods" on the people that were hurt and was taught how to take advantage of the weaknesses in their case.
