For me, being an attorney means helping people find justice and resolution. This motivating purpose is what has driven me to pursue a career of representing individuals and small business owners rather than large corporate interest. To me, every case is personal and having a private practice allows me to provide every client with my personal attention. Having practiced in Seattle since 1979, I am intimately familiar with Washington case law. While it is always my hope that a case can be settled before trial, I know that this is not always possible. I am an experienced litigator and comfortable in the court room. If you are looking for experienced, competent, and personal representation, contact me for a free consultation to discuss your case.

For the past decade, Chad Eubanks has driven hundreds of divorce and family law cases throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish counties to exemplary outcomes. His knowledge of family laws and court procedures is second to none. Chad’s experience and skill routinely leads to early and outstanding settlements in cases he champions. However, when unreasonable demands circumvent settlement and push comes to shove, Chad is equally adept at litigating cases at court as he is negotiating them outside of it. Chad began his career with divorce and family law and has been doing it ever since.. In their 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 publications, Washington Law & Politics Magazine recognized Chad as a Rising Star among family law attorneys in the State. This recognition is provided to only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Washington each year.. Outside of law practice, Chad is an outdoorsman and father. He loves being outside, nature, and animals. He has two rescued dogs, Duke, a pit bull, and Willow, a lab-shepherd mix. He is an avid hunter, fishes religiously, and enjoys camping and boating throughout Washington and Idaho. Chad is also an accomplished craftsman, building custom furniture and doors with the same attention to detail and patience he devotes to the practice of law.

Carl ran his own family law firm for three years before joining The Community Law Firm. From the beginning of his career, he found purpose resolving personal and private disputes in a fair and equitable manner. Carl went through a personal divorce and one as a child. It is a disappointment, but life must go on. Every person on the planet has personal family problems that are not always so simply resolved. In many instances parties become angry and bitter which gets in the way of compromise. When Carl takes on your case, he will understand and feel empathy for your situation. He will do his best for his clients.. Carl completed his undergraduate schooling achieving Cum Laude at the University of Connecticut. He has always enjoyed reading and writing but within University, Carl found a calling when he began taking legal courses. He believes the judicial system is important and has always took pride in his writing skills and thereafter crafted an ability for public speaking.. For a life-changing experience, Carl spent a year teaching 4th and 5th grade students in Beijing the English language. Immediately thrown into the wolves, he had to quickly learn how to control a room full of kids while being informative and entertaining. Speaking in front of a judge is quite different, but this experience along with doing roughly three hearings a week for over three years, his clients should be comfortable with him arguing their position.. Carl enjoys playing chess. He did well at the National Championships three years in a row as a child. Once he graduated, he later taught chess at Christ the King middle school for five years. He enjoys playing tennis in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. He is a member and routinely donates time to the United Way.

I handle dissolution actions with or without children, relocation actions, modification actions, parentage actions, third party custody actions, complex and high asset dissolutions and domestic violence petitions. My approach is generally to chart a path to the end of this process with the least amount of acrimony while serving my client’s best interests in light of the prevailing statutes and caselaw. This can be achieved if everyone has the same goals. Oftentimes, it works; sometimes, it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, I can be counted on to be a strong litigator for my client throughout the process even into trial, if that becomes necessary.

Family Law cases are often the most difficult, stressful, and emotional moments in a person’s life. When you look to an attorney for representation you not only want someone who understands the law, you also need someone to examine some of the most private aspects of your personal life without judgement. With years of experience representing people of all backgrounds on both sides of the courtroom, attorney Cameron C.F. Ford can be trusted to deliver the best representation under the law without judgment of your circumstances.. Cameron C.F. Ford is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, one of the best legal writing programs in the country, with a focus on Family and Criminal Law. During law school, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, a staffer on the Korematsu Center for Law & Equality amicus curiae brief team, and counsel responsible for Domestic Violence Protection Orders at DAWN. By launching his legal career representing victims of domestic violence in the morning then defending the criminally accused in the afternoon, Attorney Ford gained the skills to be effective for clients under any circumstances and a deep understanding of the other side’s thought processes.. Before joining Community Law, Cameron C.F. Ford provided legal services to prison inmates, including family law legal services. Whether it was finalizing a divorce from a cell, ensuring some contact with kids from prison, or adjusting child support orders after being restrained from the workforce, Attorney Ford could handle the case even under the onerous of conditions of confinement and against the suffocating procedures of prisons across the state. No matter the barriers erected by the state or the other party in your case, attorney Ford is experienced in overcoming them and much worse.. Cameron C.F. Ford believes in responsible negotiation to settle cases as frequently as possible before the burdens and costs of trial. His insight into the opposing party frequently allows a settlement that maximizes his client’s benefit. Attorney Ford feels he ‘wins’ when the client’s settlement is large, but their attorney fees are low. When trial becomes unavoidable, he ensures his client is informed at every step and incorporates the onerous monetary and emotional toll of the proceedings into the arguments before the court.. If you desire a family law attorney you can trust with even your most delicate circumstances, who can sit unmovable against the raging emotions and chaos of a family law proceeding and calmly resolve your case, you will want Cameron C.F. Ford.

Callie Getty is a Senior Attorney at Dellino Family Law Group. Callie’s practice focuses on family and domestic relations matters, including divorce, parenting plan and child support issues, as well as post-decree matters such as modifications.. Callie embodies the perfect combination of experience, compassion, and strong advocacy. Prior to joining Dellino Family Law Group, Callie was a partner at another local family law firm. As a Senior Attorney at DLG, there is not a situation she has not seen and cannot tackle. Whether she is advocating for a client in trial for a high conflict case or negotiating a smart settlement in mediation, her clients know she keeps their best interests at the forefront of her strategy. Her compassionate yet no-nonsense approach makes her who you want on your side when what matters most to you is at stake.. My Approach. My interest in family law comes from my upbringing in a large, blended family. This has led to the firm belief that while a divorce or separation may be the hardest time in a person’s life, a strong, compassionate advocate who will be steadfast in their representation can make all the difference. I strive to be that advocate for each and every one of my clients.. Background. As a native Northwesterner, I grew up in the Seattle-area before heading slightly south to the University of Oregon to obtain my undergraduate degree. I returned to Seattle to attend Seattle University School of Law, and graduated in 2015.. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially outdoors. In the winter, I like to spend weekends at Crystal Mountain with my husband and two children (one human child & one 90 lb. doodle). And in the summer, I love soaking up Vitamin D wherever and whenever possible to store for the long NW winters.

Experienced Family Law Attorney.. As a family law attorney, I have had experience representing clients in high-conflict and complex divorces, including parenting cases involving domestic violence and/or substance abuse (or allegations thereof). As an experienced family law attorney, I have had proven success in the courtroom and in mediation, as well as in negotiating equitable settlements outside of either the courtroom or mediation. As a teacher and an attorney, I use my experience in the classroom and outside of law to better understand and anticipate the practical implications of a parenting plan or child support order and to provide clients with legal documents in their divorce that are going to make sense when they put them into action once their divorce is final.. I started C. Fellows Law & Education, pllc to be able to provide clients with more targeted/tailored options for family law services. I recognize that not everybody going through a divorce can afford (or needs) a full-on attorney who requires a multi-thousand-dollar advance fee. The bulk of my practice is limited representation options and services that I provide for a flat fee so that family law services are more accessible to individuals who might otherwise not seek out legal counsel.. Experienced Education Advocate and Education Professional.. In addition to being an attorney, I have a background in education and have also earned my Masters of Elementary Education. I use my legal expertise and my background in education to help families navigate the education system and advocate for their child’s academic success. My experience as a teacher helps me ask the right questions and make suggestions when discussing a student’s academic progress. During my teaching experience, I have been involved in my school’s/district’s Racial and Educational Justice and Inclusionary Practices teams. I know what it’s like to advocate for more culturally competent teaching and greater inclusion of students with disabilities from within the system. As both a teacher and an attorney, I am in a unique position to bridge the gap between the “legalese” written in an IEP or 504 Plan and what teaching practices and accommodations should look like in the classroom in order to help a student make meaningful progress.
