Having navigated her own path through hardship, adversity, and profound loss, Anna Linden is a tenacious litigator who stands firmly against bullying. She understands that her clients often face some of the most challenging moments in their lives and is dedicated to empowering them to reach their goals through passionate representation, whether in negotiations or in court. Anna practices family law because she finds fulfillment in helping others.. A native of Seattle, Anna attended Ingraham High School. While in school, her first job was serving food at a local residential care facility. She then attended Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, where she organized fundraisers for the Wounded Warrior Project and food drives for local schools. Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Anna also minored in Biology and Environmental Studies.. Continuing her education at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, Anna started her journey in family law by volunteering at St. Andrew Legal Clinic and The Commons Law Center, both focused on serving families in need. Her dedication to pro bono work earned her the Pro Bono Challenge Award from the Oregon Supreme Court, recognizing her as the student with the highest number of pro bono hours. Additionally, she was on the editorial board of the Animal Law Review, represented her school in a regional mock trial competition, and served as a research assistant for the Dean of Diversity and Inclusion. After law school, Anna moved to Alaska, where she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Earl A. Peterson of the Fairbanks Superior Court. This experience exposed her to a variety of cases, including felony trials, complex civil litigation, and contested family law matters. After her clerkship, Anna returned to Seattle to launch her legal career.. Since returning home, Anna has focused primarily on family law. Her unique background and experiences allow her to approach each case with creativity, tailoring solutions to meet her clients' specific needs. Anthony F. Gibbs came to the Puget Sound for the weather in the spring of 2009. After the better part of nine years living in Wyoming, he sought a place to practice law where the temperature remained dozens of degrees above zero most of the time. The prospect of a little rain left him unfazed.. He formed Sounder Law PLLC in August 2020 to provide exceptional legal services in a flexible and accessible manner.. Since earning his license to practice law in Washington State in October 2009, he initially focused on transactional matters, endeavoring to keep his clients out of court to the greatest extent possible by drafting clear, effective contracts and other documents. He has also enjoyed success defending individuals from allegations of traffic infractions and drafting wills and other succession documents. For the last several years, he has practiced almost exclusively family law to his docket.. His background with transactional law has fostered an appreciation for the give and take inherent in family law; that all of life involves compromise and a good outcome under any circumstance is highly contextual and dependent on the individual needs of a client.. He's a believer: the system of laws and regulations in the United States is, in his opinion, without doubt both a giant mess and the greatest legal system ever devised by humanity. While justice may be an elusive beast, it is conceptually available through careful planning, conscientious preparation, and, usually, much hard work.. He also understands that it is better to have a good life than a good lawsuit and, with that in mind, welcomes opportunities to counsel clients regarding solutions which may not involve litigation, when appropriate.. When he is not lawyering, these days he enjoys riding motorcycles, gardening, reading, and cooking.

Dedication, professionalism, and quality work is what I strive for with all my clients.. In 2007, I joined the law firm of Woods & Brangwin, PLLC. I became partner in 2013. In 2019, the firm's name was changed to Woods, Brangwin, & Bratton. My practice areas consist primarily of Family Law, Personal Injury, and assisting injured workers on their L&I claims.. You may notice my percentages on my profile are broken down into percentages that equal 100%. My four practice areas encompass a lot of different legal issues. For example, one of my main practice areas is family law. However, I handle a lot of different types of family law matters. These matters can range from handling a divorce, legal separation, addressing any parenting plan issues, child support issues, contempt issues, restraining orders, etc.. In each case that I have, there is always something at stake for my clients. My job as a legal counselor is to take some stress off my clients and to provide them with a powerful and effective representation. I know the court systems here in North Central Washington and I think that is a huge advantage to my clients.. In my free time, I enjoy spending time out doors and traveling with my family.
