Caleb is as Arizona as they come. Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Caleb is a proud Westwood High and Arizona State University Alumnus (just like his mother). While in high school, Caleb participated in cross country, basketball, pole vaulting, math club, orchestra, choir and musicals. This variety of interests allowed him to gain an appreciation for every person’s unique interests, problems, and perspectives. Doug Weber grew up in Topeka, Kansas, and attended Kansas State University in Manhattan. A scholarship athlete, he was captain of the men's cross country and track and field teams, and was a world ranked distance runner.
