My parents instilled in me at an early age the importance of community, education and pride in this country. These values are why I am dedicated to becoming YOUR TRUSTED ADVISOR committed to YOU and your FAMILY’s future. To provide guidance and advice as you craft a future that allows you to grow and succeed and provide security for your children.. I have been practicing law for 23+ years, beginning my career in private practice, as an associate and then a partner in a small law firm in Lakeland, Harris & Gonzalez, where I concentrated in Family Law. Beginning December 2008 through September 2017, I transitioned my career to focusing my efforts in the non-profit realm, as Executive Director to both the Heart of Florida Legal Aid Society, Inc. and the Lee County Legal Aid Society. Having loved my work with these agencies and the impact we made in the community, I found that I missed building those meaningful connections and bonds with the individuals and families I served.. Committed to the care and future of my clients and their families, providing personalized service for each client. I created this business with the needs of my clients and their families in mind. I understand you are BUSY, you are growing, you are planning for a life of prosperity and you value ease, convenience and efficiency. You want to know you’ve made the best decisions for your family and that your plan will work when your loved ones need it most. You want to make sure your children and family would be taken care of in the best way possible. That is my focus as well.

Prior to founding HAWM Law, she was a trial attorney with the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the Office of the Public Defender, zealously defending clients with a wide range of criminal matters. She developed wide-ranging expertise negotiating favorable outcomes for clients in difficult and complicated cases.Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Attorney Adamson has always encompassed a passion for helping others with her positive outlook and diligent work ethic. She graduated with her Bachelors in Science in Marketing from the Florida State University and continued her studies at FSU by receiving a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, College of Law.. As President of BLSA, Ms. Adamson served as a mentor to younger law students and undergraduate students and still mentors several college and law students today. As a law student, Ms. Adamson was selected by the Dean to serve on the Dean’s Kitchen Cabinet which allowed her to serve as the liaison between the faculty and the entire student body at the law school.During law school, Alisia Adamson was a Certified Legal Intern with the Public Interest Law Center. She is also a member of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Attorney Adamson was recently awarded the Unsung Hero Award by H.Y.P.E. (helping young people excel) for her dedication and commitment to her community.
