Simon Nicholson has always had a heart to serve others. When he was seven years old, he and his family moved from Jacksonville, Florida, to Guatemala and later Mexico to serve as missionaries. The family focused on helping the local youth and receiving medical teams from the U.S., who would travel to remote villages to provide medical care to the less fortunate..
