Benjamin Cramer joined Idaho Employment Lawyers, PLLC in 2020 after a fifteen-year career in higher education, including five years coordinating Title IX, Title VI equity compliance, and ADA/504 support services as the Dean of Students at Concordia University School of Law. Over the course of his career, Ben has adjudicated over 1000 conduct cases in various administrative processes, drafted numerous policies and procedures, and counseled and advised individuals and groups through challenging and emotional conflicts. Ben’s practical experience complying with and implementing Title IX, Title VI, ADA/504, and internal polices provides him with a unique understanding and perspective to the challenges facing employers.
