Felicia came to Owings, Wilson & Coleman in 2015 with a wealth of legal background and experience. Felicia began her legal career as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Memphis. She enjoyed the challenges that came with being part of a large municipal legal team. She both defended the city and advised the multiple departments and boards for the city. She advised the Emergency Management Agency worked with Finance, Pension, Engineering, and Alcohol Commissions, as well as Public Works, Police, and Fire Departments.
