I have been an attorney for 46 years and a medical negligence trial lawyer for over 40 years. My multi-state practice only accepts medical malpractice cases. My prior experience defending malpractice cases filed against the government and later, defending physicians and prestigious medical centers, such as The Cleveland Clinic in malpractice cases, provides me a unique perspective in litigating medical negligence cases on behalf of severely injured patients and/or their loved ones. I am a Boston native and a Harvard Law School graduate and have been 41 years in Phoenix.  I am a litigator and my practice is mostly construction law and real estate law, with a large amount of service as a mediator and an arbitrator.  Most of the cases in which I serve as either are construction law based, but many have business law and real estate law components as well.
