Ryan N. Shamblin, originally a native of Miami, Florida, moved to Blount County, Tennessee in the mid 1980’s where he attended and graduated with honors from William Blount High School. Following graduation from high school, Mr. Shamblin attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he pursued a double major in Political Science and History. While attending the University of Tennessee, Mr. Shamblin was actively involved in the Student Government Association and was inducted into numerous honor societies including: the Golden Key National Honor Society; Phi Alpha Theta, National History Honor Society; and Pi Sigma Alpha, Political Science Honor Society. In 1997, Mr. Shamblin graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and History. Following graduation from the University of Tennessee, Mr. Shamblin spent two years in pursuit of a Masters degree in Political Science where he maintained a 3.73 G.P.A.. While preparing to complete his post-graduate studies, Mr. Shamblin was admitted to the University of Tennessee, College of Law.
