Upon graduating law school, from 2007 to 2010 I served as an Assistant District Attorney General for the Fourteenth Judicial District of the State of Tennessee where I gained significant trial experience in prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.. In January 2010, I joined The Crain Law Center, LLC, located in Brentwood, Tennessee where I gained significant civil trial litigation experience. In addition, in 2010 I became litigation counsel for the American Center for Law & Justice, a non-profit religious liberties organization, where I fought to defend religious freedom nationwide.. I am admitted to practice before all Tennessee state courts, and the federal courts of the Middle & Eastern Districts of Tennessee and the Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas. Weldon E. Patterson was born in Harlan, Kentucky. He attended Tennessee Technological University (B.S., 1984), and The University of Tennessee (M.S., 1986; J.D., with Honors, 1988), and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1989. He was an Assistant Editor for the Tennessee Law Review. He is admitted to practice before all of the state and federal courts in Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a Master of the Bench of the American Inns of Court. WALT SCHULER graduated magna cum laude from The University of Memphis in 1993 with a B.B.A. in International Business. He received his law degree, cum laude, with a Certificate in Health Law with Honors from Saint Louis University in 1996, where he served on the Law Journal Editorial Board, receiving the award for best student article and other honors. Walt has represented individuals and entities in matters related to health law, business and corporate law, contracts, civil litigation, and state and federal regulation.
