After graduation Mr. Oncale practiced with a well known Nashville, Tennessee firm before growing homesick for Alabama and returning to Birmingham to practice and found several well known and respected law firms. Growing tired of big firm life, Mr. Oncale struck out on his own in 2006 and has never looked back. He loves the variety of his practice and the fact that his office environment is more like a gathering spot than a true traditional law office. The books, computers, conference rooms and legal staff are still there, but both the staff and his clients are treated like family and not like employees or merely clients..
