In this role, Sean provided legal advice to the Department, conducted ongoing training to the Department as a whole, and represented social workers in court in child protection actions brought by the State. As a result, Sean is knowledgeable in matters concerning paternity, parental rights, terminations, custody, and the best interests of the child..
