My expertise is in estates:  Preparing estate planning and helping with those complex estates after death.   So often probates and trusts go wrong and people need help taking care of their assets and their families.  We try to pinpoint the need and resolve the problem with or without court involvement.  I must say most of my clients become good friends which is a huge side-benefit to this job.. Personally I love the outdoors....we spend many summer weekends at the beach and love to ski and snowmobile in the winter.  My husband, Dave and I are both from Skagit County originally and are a little bit county at heart.  We have 4 children - two boys and two girls.  I love seafood, good friends and family.  I love traveling, even if it's just to Idaho, and I love playing the imaginary game, What would you do if you won the lottery?. My husband and I work together and no we don't get sick of each other.   In fact I love working with my husband who has very good legal sense.  His background is business from working in the commercial fishing industry for years to majoring in business and information systems from UW.  I was always interested in law - majoring in political science and obtaining my juris doctorate in 1991 from Gonzaga.. I'm blessed with great family and business and fabulous friends and clients.   For that I am very grateful.
