I started practicing law in 2009 and, being a big music fan, out of law school I worked at Capitol Records in Los Angeles where I drafted and negotiated contracts for bands of the record company, putting their music in TV shows, film, commercials and video games. My clientele now primarily consists of real estate investors and home buyers/sellers looking to cut out broker commissions when buying and selling properties, as well as small businesses who are just getting up and running. I also review and negotiate a lot of commercial lease agreements for individuals and small businesses.. I received my B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University in 2005 and graduated from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 2009. I have also been a guest lecturer at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law on numerous occasions. I am licensed to practice law in Colorado, New York and Washington.. I went to WSU so Saturdays in the fall are generally pretty stressful, but I get away from Cougar football by doing a lot of skiing and going to concerts in Seattle.
